Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not accepted on tunes, tuning services, tune files or tuning devices, clutching, exhaust, superchargers and components, turbochargers or engine internals. Additionally, any ECU sent to us for unlock will not be processed or returned until invoice payment is received. No exceptions. The same applies for tune orders. Please do not send us your ECU without placing an order, as they will not be returned unless an order is placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, new with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Installed or mounted components such as lift kits, portals, wheel and tire combos, exhausts, clutching, superchargers, tunes and services cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for ensuring proper fitment of all kits and components on vehicle prior to ordering.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pandemykperformance.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any engine or vehicle damage resulting from our tuning or hardware.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, tuning files, custom flashed ECU or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee. Items received in used condition, damaged or not in original packaging will not be refunded. No exceptions. Out of stock or discontinued items will be refunded automatically. Please remember it can take 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Chargebacks will not be accepted for delivered products unless we receive the shipped product back. No exceptions.
