The GGB Turbo Back system completely transforms the look and sound of the Z10 while giving it a healthy dose of power to go with it. The Systems: There are two different systems available for the Z10 and both are full turbo back systems. One system is switchable with an electronically controlled exhaust dump valve, and the other system does not have a valve option and is not switchable. Both systems use the exact same muffler which is compatible with the vehicles stock ECU and does not require any tuning. The switchable system will require a tune for full throttle running when the exhaust bypass valve is open.
With electronic bypass valve: This system is user-switchable, allowing the choice of muffled or non-muffled running. With the flick of a switch the user can dump the exhaust before the muffler out of the 3.0” bypass tube for a high flow, straight pipe sound or close the bypass and run the exhaust through the muffler and out of the dual tips for that finely tuned chambered sound the muffler provides. The valve is controlled via a dash mount toggle switch hardwired into the car for ease and reliability and everything is included for the install. Available options are dual stainless steel or dual carbon fiber tips. NOTE: For full throttle running with the bypass valve open a tune will be required. Failure to provide extra fuel at sustained full throttle operation with the valve open will result in a lean condition.
Without electronic bypass valve: This system is non-switchable with the exhaust being routed through the muffler and out the dual tips 100% of the time. There is no bypass valve or option to bypass the muffler with this system. This system offers a finely tuned chambered sound 100% of the time. Available options are dual stainless steel or dual carbon fiber tips. This system is 100% compatible with the vehicle's stock ECU, no tune required.
Power by Design: The GGB Exhaust for the Z10 is a full turbo-back, two-piece, stainless-steel exhaust system that utilizes a high flow 3” slip-on tube at the turbo routing gases back into a multi-chamber, center exit muffler specifically designed by the team at GGB for the Z10 triple engine. The muffler truly is the heart of this system with its zero packing, multi-chamber core designed to scavenge hot exhaust gases and expel them as a finely tuned symphony of sound out the back of the vehicle. The GGB system is in no way loud or aggressive when running through the muffler, it just has that tuned tone that lets you know there’s more going on than meets the eye. Looks and sound are not the only upgrades you will notice, as the healthy dose of increased power and torque are dyno proven and plainly evident when you hammer the throttle and let the turbo spool. Factory Tune Ready: Dyno tested and tuned to work with the vehicle's factory ECU to provide reliable performance and power increase. An aftermarket tune can be installed for even more power.
