Need help loading your tune files or have a diagnostic issue with your machine? Maybe you have a kit or tune from someone else and need support dialing it in. 

Add our Remote Tuning Support service and one of our technicians will assist you live via phone call, text or email. Includes one-time setup, flashing guidance, and troubleshooting with datalog reviews with up to 60 minutes of technician support. Additional support beyond 1 hour requires more time to be purchased.

HP Tuner Datalog of issue and infolog from VCM Suite Beta if you have them. We will only tune for Injector Dynamics Injectors. If you have other aftermarket injectors with characterization data in HP Tuners Format, we can attempt to work with that if you can provide complete datalogs with lambda channels tied in with Pro Link. Injector characterization work is a 10 hour minimum to build you a custom file. 

Note: Support sessions are scheduled based on technician availability. Please allow up to 1-2 business days after receiving the products for availability during peak times. We cannot tune for hardware issues or improper systems integration.
